Service Description

Throughout the year, I will be offering a variety of in-person workshops in collaboration with others in the community. Stay tuned for opportunities to learn more about mindfulness, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and other fun self-care activities. Prices will be per class and will vary depending on the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your session to avoid being charged the full amount for the session. There are no refunds given for packages.
